done the one wheel up test to monitor the VCU first run 40 sec then the next 2 both 35 sec so quite happy with that 5kg weight 1200mm bar

used some left over sound proofing to quieten down the fuel pump noises which can often heard in the background

replaced my fuel pump today the old one had gone very noisy last couple of days then today total lack of power all sorted now :)

yes it was after reading your post I thought id give it a go I covered the door as you did but may have gone ott on the door card totally covered mine

stripped the two front door cards off and add some self adhesive 3mm sound absorbing material over the top of original stuff and covered the back of the door cards as well as others have done and I can confirm it does make a noticeable difference closing the door has a quality sound to it not...

Hi all Iv had my freelander Td4 about 18 months now the gear change has never been great but usable then the synchromesh went so I had a second hand gear box and new clutch fitted all ok for couple of days then the bite point went low so back in it went new master cylinder this time same again...

I found with using a socket you can hold vertical with one hand and tap the socket with a hammer I was in same boat as you refitted mine with 5mm sticking mine works fine good luck and it makes a real difference

I found using a 32mm socket helped it just fits inside the pipe still couldn't get mine in all the way though the tip stuck out about 5mm and it was stuck fast,tried the pipe back on the y shaped connector and it slid on back where it was so fixed back on and even with it stuck out 5mm it works...
