    ...no, I quite like that the colour it is ;) I think after all has been said i might just redo the original artwork/sponsorship logo's that were on mine when I 1st had it. It certainly could do with some TLC:o

    Why what..... why do I want to copy this style?? well because I just like the design, and maybe have a blank canvas on which to copy it to :D Thanks for the other advise guys, so it sounds as if I alter the design slightly, then i should be OK

    finally got all the towbar fitted and painted, just needs wiring up, then the job of replacing all the other parts begins...... ... then it will be back out on the road, good as new :D

    but should the waxoyl be level with the top edge of the chassis(pic shows hardened wax levelled out when dry) or is that way too much??

    Thanks for all the advice guys, I did eventually put the torsion bars back, coated most of the inner rear chassis with waxoyl, and gave the outside a generous coat of POR-15, so it should last a few more years yet ;) do you reckon I might have a tad too much waxoyl in the open ends of the...

    why can't ALL towbar brace bars be the same length/shape :eek:, as I have spent most of the day trying to remove 2 old braces as they will not fit on the replacement towbar bracket that I am fitting :confused::confused:

    Is it absolutely necessary to refit those things?? now for more pics..... not the best welding, but at least its holding, and what do you expect when trying to weld lace curtains :eek: all back together again :D what should I do with the open ends... ...just give it a good coating of...

    Well, finally got it out, after bending the n/s end down and twisting it out over the chassis, it certainly made a difference by removing the rivets on the floor as well :o just need to clean up the space and fit the new one Pics to follow
