well according to Home - Tongham Motor Club its open-their next meet is in june, but this is grass autotesting, maybe its a separate field or something. Anyhoo, hope it helps

brockus, i took my standard disco 1 auto there a few weeks ago. it was its first time off roading, and did remarkably well (even on almost bald road tyres). didnt get stuck once.
