Spray it black.. (the grille) doubt you need anything fancy. While you're at it do the headlight surrounds too. Not hard to take off. Standard ones are not very glossy.. up to you :) What are those seats from?

Do camping mats melt? Lots of people use them for interior insulation. Nice and cheap to cut up to shape.
