    What is the greatest weight you've put in your landy?

    couple of times lately, i`ve had 25 bags of ballast and cement (approx 750kg) in the boot of my d2. had to start the engine and pump the suspension up halfway through loading. but seems ok with it.

    Leaking Sun Roof's

    the cant be bothered to take out the roof lining way. i did this as a temporary fix last summer and its been dry ever since. i run a bead of silicon around the outer plastic surround where it joins the roof.

    brake wobble or shudder

    Wipers stop 1/2 way across screen

    had a similar problem on my td5. found a few articles on here about it. basically it was the park switch which was u/s. unfortunately its part of the wiper motor and the whole wiper motor needs replacing. cost me about £45 for a new one about a year ago. been fine since.

    hi, mine was in a similar state. it literally fell apart in my hands. so i used the wrap around helix type plastic. its used on motorcycle braided brake lines. i did this a couple of years ago and its still ok. steve.

    Does your Disco II have hair suspension?

    mine does and will continue to do so. find it very handy for carrying heavy loads in the boot. was initially sceptical about its reliability, but its actually quite a simple system to fix.
