Thx Lazydog, that's good to know as I probly would have taken them off :doh: I am not saying it doesn't help to take them off or at least undo bottom mount but is possible to replace springs with shock attached I have done it.

No need to change the dampers,if they are servicable and if fitting HD springs at the back you dont even have to remove the dampers.
