found this in my dash what is it looks like some kind of regulator from lucas ive disconneted it and dont seem to do anything any idears ?

ive just finished a conversion 275 for complete running disco 110 for clutch and rear crank seal intercooler 90bend and a cupple of other bits if you can do the work your self then its a cheap conversion cheaper than repair of your old slow crap d/dt engine but well worth doing a full service...

engine is now in and running been round the field a few times and its running so much better took me a while to get the engine in i replaced the 200 flywheel housing with the td one and fitted all the studs in the holes and after 2 hours trying to get it in i realized the stud behind the clutch...

itsbeen a while since my last post 90 with no engine new clutch clutch arm new down pipe from ebay

need to do my cambelt what would be the best aftermarket kit ? what else should i do with the cover off? cheers reg

hi i have got the exhaust conversion and i got just the bottom hose for the intercooler conversion ive not measured the distance but its not enuff space to have the conversion hose and the inner wing hence me cutting abit away im not really bothered with it sitting to the left as ive got all the...

ok what should i search for ? ive tried ****ed engine engine misalined engine sitting and various others i might not have spelt them right so thats why i started a thread!

hi i just fitted my 200 disco engine everything fits ok apart from the intercooler hose ive seen the pictures on here and for some reason my engine sits more the the left then the others i seen not really a problem as ive cut a bit of the inner wing out to fit the intercooler hose has anyone had...

thanks for the replys after seeing them i dont like them think i will keep mine as a 90 hardtop but i could do with a bit more leg room and dont think a truck cab would be enuff :(

i was wondering if anyone has fitted a crewcab body to a 90 got any pics of any?

i was gonna take out the plates around the bulkhead inside untill you have to take up all the floor too so i undid the engine mount rubbers lifted the engine upabit took them out then you can get to the top bolts easier i found it easier to get the 2 bolts on top of the clutch slave cylander...

the old td engine is out :) my first land rover engine gonna get some one to steam clean the engine bay its so oily but thats a good thing coz there is no rust :) whats the best stuff to coat the engine bay ?

yes it is a 200 engine ment to say 200 in the post anyway whats wrong with aldershot terry did u do the conversion you self?
