i drained my fuel tank today full of milky diesel from the water what do you do to stop water entering ? i do drive through a few deep fords and not gonna stop doing that lol

got my 90s 200tdi snapped cambelt done fitted new second hand 300 injection pump while i was there all back together till stripped a weak thread holding the rockers on arse and had to be the one right at the back time to get the helicoil kit out :) luck im not back to work till next week :)_

you can get just the side off ebay for 65 quid but i dont want a new one

well ive got my snapped cambelt out and turned out it was tiny stones coming in from the drain at the bottom the tiny sharp stone got inside the belt causing it to rip also bent 3 pushrods both tensioners are buggered too so a word of warning if you go through puddles make sure you plug in the...

im hoping the damage is just pushrods but its a new genuine cambelt last year :( so dont know why it would have gone find out tomorrow :(

just broke the cambelt on my 200 90 :( what was more anoying taking 3 1/2 hours for aa to pick me up :(

i usually do all of them in round there not sure which farm you mean some are narrow but im not bothered about scratches the on by the a3 think you mean gibbets hill thats very muddy but great going up it cupple of suzukia came down it last week with no problem but think they might have going up :)

better off removing the intercooler and cleaning it with brake cleaner as the oil can block the holes could be why its running lumpy

im thinking of going as i missed last week there with tv4x4

fit the disco flywheel housing it does fit think you have to remove a stud and/or drill a hole this way you will keep the drain hole in the bottom of the housing which also is used for the timing pin :) (the old td housing has the drain on its side but with the new engine it is covered up)
