Hey Mr Shifty, last lot of oil i got, i mixed in some petrol and then rough filtered it through lanscape membrane BUT its left a creamy residue, am i right in thinking its contaminted? or could it be i've mixed to much petrol in with it? Thanks

Mine has just hit 10 years old and 125000, original battery was changed at 105k, clutch last week and the exhaust is still the original but i did have a bracket welded back on this week, garage said the exhaust was to good to consider replacing:D

Clutch slave cylinder AGAIN!!! Just replaced it for the second time in 125k, thought i'd better do the clutch at same time (still on original) AND the bracket on the rear back box has corroded so needs a replacement, again its the original. I don't think thats to bad but its all come at once :-(

Before you dismiss it read the other threads, there are several peeps having done 10s of thousands of miles using engine oil, easy to filter, but as others have said if you do get dipped you might only might be in trouble

I find a CD case works well

I filter mine as i get it and store it in 25ltr containers then pour it in. I need to buy a cheap pump to make it that little bit easier:D
