    Threaded fuel filter bleed screw?

What engine is it?... the filters differ or the housing does... this is Busters Guide for the 200tdi... http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f41/fuel-filter-renewal-134366.html with the 300tdi you don't touch the bleed screw, just top up new filter with fresh diesel or fire it up and don't touch...

At the moment I am a Defender 110 owner and I have just revamped my headliner and it's a massive improvement. I have never had the pleasure of seeing a Disco headliner but it's a Land Rover.... hope this helps http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f7/headlining-revamp-210581.html if you suffer from...

    Wonky Front Bumper

Straight.... up on one side or protruding out? I am guessing up on one side.... and the obvious is to pack it with washers or spacers between the underside of the bumper to lift it. Depending on how much out it is. The problem with that could be your A bar may be more difficult to fit as it will...

Brought a defender 90: Few questions

Join Green Flag... they will cover YOU for any vehicle and go for the recovery cover. They don't cover specific vehicle over a certain age. Its a hell of a lot cheaper than trying to get it home as they need a full lift. My diff selector went in the winter and I would have been in real trouble...

    Recommended Tyres for a 110

Depends on your budget....... I bought my 110 3 years ago and it had new Enduro Runway A/T tyres fitted they are rated for mud, snow (M + S) and find them good on the road and okay off road. They are fine for me and no point in changing them. However, for a bit extra you should look at good...

    '02 Defender TD5 Seatbelt Fastener

I had to replace mine on a 90 a few years ago.... I would strongly recommend you bite the bullet and get genuine new or second hand part and just replace what is needed. Maybe I was unlucky with the replacement kit I bought but try and keep it simple.

    LED reverse light?

Amazon looks reasonable... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Work-Light-road-Auto-Flood/dp/B009725OZ8/ref=pd_sim_sbs_kh_2 Check out the feedback on them and look for free delivery... the good thing with them is you can fit it and if you dont like it the return is hassle free.

    LED reverse light?

I have an LED work lamp and the clean white light is very good and I use that for reversing but have to switch it on...it would be a fair bit brighter than what you have, the white light does that.

    Billy's budget defender project

Nice job... I wanted a new rear door but what put me off was the quote of £300 to paint it BT Grey! You are making it look very easy here....do you use cans for the colour as well as the primer? I understand the principle of etch primer but why not cover all of it?

Door hinges: how much play is too much?

I also have the RJ ones same as the above members..... I fitted them 3 years ago together with stainless bolts. They are genuine Land Rover hinges, the batch was rejected due to a slight colour issue, they come in white. I primed and sprayed using tins, nothing special. Result..... 3 harsh...
