2 litre bottle of room temp tap water is de icing and demisting my windows in the mornings while everyone else is faffing with de-icer and scrapers I just make sure my wipers are not stuck to the screen put them on intermittent then pour some water over the screen jump in and drive off

that's quite impressive. I have 4 Ring Roadrunner spots on my roof bar and they pack a huge punch but the power they require is noticeable. they come as rectangle or round for around £20 a pair. I have 4 driving lights but they do a fog aswell so I'm thinking of trying a pair of fog ones...

rough fitted the grill beacons. why do they never supply enough cable. barely reaches from drivers footwell to the grill. looks like I'll be extending the cables tomorrow

got blinded by them in the shop with the 'try me' button so thought they should do the job. just need to see what they are like out on the road

fitted these little led strips onto my light bar and wired them to the sidelights. might make people aware of how big she is if they spot these :D they are seriously bright and actually throw some light onto the bonnet so should be good as markers in this fog

got Jakob back on all 4 wheels instead of floating in the street after the panhard bracket issue. as I took it to bits I found the front radius arm bracket had come away from the axle aswell so the passenger one was only held to the axle by the rear bolt. next job is to completely redo it again...

got half way through the axle swap today just need to put her back together tomorrow. i'll put few pics up once it's finished. I certainly broke her well

jetwashed the underside ready for stripping the front axle off tomorrow. any tips for a simple job?

no while out laning the panhard bracket on the axle sheared off leaving me with a very wobbly front axle. luckily I have a spare that I have been meaning to refurb and switch over just looks like it's going to be done sooner than planned

got it on the drive to start the repairs in the evenings and finish at the weekend
