    Urgent - petrol in diesel!

    Don't even switch the ignition on!it will circulate fuel as James said the pumps don't like petrol they need diesel for lubrication so all must be removed to prevent costly damage! Best contact a local garage

    Just have this nagging feeling that your problems are still connected to the previous thread Poor compression!! It will never start with poor compression no suction for the Atomized fuel to enter the combustion chambers!! No compression no combustion etc etc

    Sorry Mark I mean you leave the cap off after refuelling (don't fill to high) and drive a short distance to see if you experience a stall? If not its venting problem if yes its something else! Just eliminate one at a time Chris

    If its a venting problem then leaving the cap off when you fill up will indicate this! Idle is around 850rpm but you need a multimeter to check Chris

    Have you tried backing off one or 2 clicks on the adjusters? ALSO after you've driven WITHOUT heavy braking does either wheel feel hot? An indication that brakes are binding!
