Just look at the angle of the nose on that diff and then compare it to a standard height car. Iirc the track rod barely misses the diff casing, so it looks like you need quite some correction.

M6 nut and bolt, just nip the nylock nut then back it off a tadge to allow shoe to move, my d3 has been like this for a year or two.

Codes first. Air suspension should disable when any of the doors opened.

If it the same time each time, then it may have a timed relay as suggested by others, a simply relay swap could be you fix. I have fitted a few aftermarket heated seat kits and none have had timed relays.

That is how I used to do it, are you refitting header tank cap once water is coming our of the rad bung? then carry on filling via the stat bung, having the header tank cap on when header tank level is correct is the important bit, then carry on filling up via the stat housing bung.

I had the same thing on my 200tdi, oil was so thick it would not drain out of the sump plug on its own, I added a pint of diesel and ran the engine to thin the oil, and even then I had to draw/scrape the oil out with a large cable tie. Previous owner had run the engine on veg oil.
