you have checked the voltage on the plugs... but have you actually bench tested them to see they actually operate? just a thought....

disconnect battery for a few mins and reconnect. its the easiest thing to try, but it might reset any immobiliser issues, i remember this working for me with a golf a few years ago when the window stopped working! probably wont help, but give it ago!

haha, to be honest, if i had a shed/garage i could work in, i would most likely have stripped it back that far too, it makes it much easier to do a proper job of spraying it, working on the chassis etc etc etc. i think for my next project, ill definitely build a shed first :D haha

As below, also if you are fitting your current handbrake to a disco t/box you have to drill and tap two holes for the h/brake drum bracket (very easy, takes 10 mins) besides this, there are different types of gearbox output shafts, some have (i think) 24 splines and the others have (i think)...

Heres a lok at the retrimmed seats and new cubby, its a massive massive improvement over the old worn out 22year old ones ive been driving around on for a year!!!

Just drill them out, its much easier than pricking around with an impact driver or big philips drivers.

haha, its all the same 110 lad, i was just very indecisive, so changed to Double Cab and then back again :D As for the matt black, you are dead right, it is a terrible colour forr off road, and ill be changing it in the future, i was warned... but insisted on finding out the hard way :D haha

Hey Mick, yeah, thats the cross member all right, think it was approx £30 delivery, so all in it was in or around the same as what you would pay for one from paddocks, except its a proper strong bumper unlike the cardboard you get from britpart :P
