Same as aaron, id definitely recommend doing the whole lot together and save yourself a lot of hassle... also, i realised that if you use only the back engine lift point the whole lot is balanced very well (i had the t/box on as well though!)

Just having a think about your propshaft situation there, should the prop not have a little bit of spline showing when on level unloaded conditions, to allow for travel when the springs compress? as it is now, id say if you put weight in the back the springs would compress and the prop wont...
