    Yes this happens a lot. Ashcroft don't recommend just changing the oil. You need to do a flush really. Needs twice the ATF but is very much worth it.

    Hold did you fit it? That sounds like the pump has broken; easy to do if you fit the box incorrectly.

    There is a snap ring that runs in a groove on the half shaft and fits a similar groove in the inside of the CV. Hold the half shaft vertically with the CV downwards. A swift couple of 'taps' with a copper hide mallet on the inner ring of the CV and it will come off.

    Lots :D Get yourself a donor RRC and take it from there. You will need to mod engine and gearbox mounts as well as exhaust (cut and shut RR one). There is also, fuel pipes, coolant pipes, wiring loom and mounting all the bit like, air box, radiator, blah blah blah.

    I have put 10 spline inside a 24 spline casing and you need to use the bolts that match the casing for the drive flanges......and IIRC you will need to open the holes in the drive flanges a little as there is a metric/imperial mismatch. Hope that makes sense.
