The official way is either with a seatbelt bar (like a mini rollbar (but it isnt!)). Or a military rollbar. There are other ways, but those are the best.

I know that this isn't *much* help. But I was at a show where there was a company could produce rubber strips of any size and shape as long as you gave then a piece with the correct cross-section. Google may pick them up...
