hi, ive got a 2004 disco 2 non sunroof with 100000 miles one owner from new.
i replaced the rear half chassis for the owner 8 years ago, last year it failed mot for chronic rust just infront of the new section.
i bought it from the guy for 500 quid with the intention of putting a chassis in it.
ive got a tractor and loader to lift the body off.

could anyone point me to any threads of everything that i need to remove before i can undo the body mounts and lift the body off?

thanks ollie

There are bit and pieces on the University of Google, and the same on the collage of you tube!

But. I think it will be slow and steady for you whilst you take her apart!

The above will give you an idea! But as we all know! All are a bit different??

Just make sure all your moves are followed up safely!

Cheers, will study the tube and see what I find.

Just start at one end of the vehicle undoing anything going from the body to chassis. Take your time and you will be fine.
You have pretty much done the rear end before.
You will need someone to degas the air-conditioning, it's illegal to vent to atmosphere.
