The chequerplate on the door and wing bottoms just says "doors and lower bodywork are rotten"
lf the doors and bodywork are NOT rotten, take off the chequerplate and add £1,000-£1,500 to the value.
Solid older Defenders can make lRO £10,000 at the moment but buyers want to see what they are getting.

I did try that, winning bidder admitted he never had the funds cleared, he got turned down, second bidder I sent more pics and he never got back but he said he had bid on loads this week, third bidder dealer offered me 6k . I think eBay is just full of messers
