Having had some help, I've now come to the stopping point where someone with more knowledge and time needs to step in.
Have a read through the thread above to see what the problem 'was'. I say was because now that the BCU/CJB has been replaced with a cloned item, it now won't start at all. The original one is on it's way back to me but I'm done, it's got to go, I want my driveway back.
Another kick was when the Royal mail lost the key that I sent with the CJB so a new key could be linked in.
2 new keys have been bought and a blade cut that fits in the ignition but these two new keys will need cutting to fit the ignition also, I have the correct code for that to be done.

I have considered breaking it up but again, it's time, space and upset neighbours.
I looked into the prices for some parts and it would be EASY to recover and profit from any purchase cost if you've got the time and space to do it.

So, there you go, you're all up to date and know what I know.

I have also listed this on Ebay but I've not gone into any details regarding the fault. I will rely on people asking and perhaps linking to the thread I started within this forum.

About an hour before it went, I thought I'd try one more time to start it......It did.
The bloke who bought it did get a bargain. He seemed certain that he'd be able to fix the flashing indicators.
