Hi . I'm new on here , today in fact . Can I convert my discovery 3 tdi to lpg ?

Oh and when was the Disco 3 ever fitted with a Tdi?? A bit heavy for the l'ill old tdi engine aint it?

CNG or LPG?

CNG is a yes,

LPG is a no

CNG as far as I am aware is not widely available in the UK and certainly it would only be for commercial HGV applications anyways.

Technically the TDV6 is indeed a tdi as the acronym merely stands for;
T = Turbocharged
D = Direct
I = Injection

Any D3 would benefit from a BT6 transplant complete with Eaton splitter box, Allison transfer case and all the elec-chickens let free to ruin someone else's life.

Thank you . I knew I wasn’t incorrect, the question was , can I convert my disco 3 to LPG .

The D3 was never badged as a tdi. The Disco 1 was. When stating tdi peeps will think of the 200 and 300 tdi, regardless of the engine in the D3 being able to be described as a tdi. The D3 was badged as TDV6 when fitted with a diesel.
