Freelander modified

Ih think of buying a freelander can you put a winch on it and does anyone sell a kit for this thinking buying a freelander 2 what should I look for when buying

Someone out there will be selling winch brackets for F2 (or LR2) I'm sure.

You could try googling "Muddy Mods" to see if they do one.

The only words of caution I'd say with the F2 is be careful you don't fry the electronics. I'm no expert, but I'd have thought a winch could cause all sorts of interference with he car's electrics if not installed or operated carefully. The F2 is a modern vehicle and everything is dependent on communications networks and electronics that don't like that sort of thing. As I say, I'm no expert, but if you are unsure at all, I would ask for advice.
