That is an option, works very well against dry air from the Aircondition!

It is pretty much the same like these pots with water that old people have on the radiators.
 
I went to my local aquatics and bought some sealent that is used fir repairing leaky fish tanks as it can be used in wet conditions so you haven't gotta try and dry the seal out. Stopped mine leaking a treat !
 
Before you get on to drastic measures, first, check the seal is actually in place - they can be pulled out of place by little hands. Second, try vaseline on the seal, as they can dry out and harden. If that fails, then look at sealants or the full repair as detailed in the link above. if it's at the front it may be screen, not sunroof.

You only got one? I got the deluxe version - 2 sunroofs, windscreen and both Alpines! Some lucky people even have roof rail issues (in every sense), I believe.
My new Freely 2 ain't got no sunroofs, hee hee.:)
