Checked lock nuts of course as just mounted new tyres...not the problem. Whatever the problem is, it is inside the wheel hub...I don't hear any grinding sounds when the wheel is rotated, do I am guessing the adjustment and locking nuts for the wheel bearings are loose. Lock washer may have not...
