True, changing oil is much easier for them. Doesn’t stretch them too much.

Making an observation on how poor their service is rather than blaming them. They don’t have the skills is the reality. Ford are the ones to blame and me for buying it but I am a sadist I think.

This is the thing. The use warranty as an excuse but bottom line is I don't think these guys have the skills. If they were good enough engineers they would stand behind their work.

Yes, they don’t repair and only wanted to fit a JLR supplied recon crate motor. Quote was £10k to £12k so they were a total waste of time.
