    Thanks Flossie , but like james said I ruined the seals , send it back for overhaul ;-)

    Thanks james , your help is much appreciated , I'll put the old turbo back on and send the new cartridge for an overhaul ;-)

    OMG you are absolutely right !! I can't thank you enough !!!!!!! Just one question did I destroy the new cartridge by doing that or am I okay restarting ?

    Not that I know off, both sides are connected , could it be that the oil drain gasket is crooked ?
