Well the 2000 piece jig saw begins! First off I decided to spray the chassis and axles again but this time with a semi gloss 2k Selamix paint, the jotun paint was good but did start to look a bit chalky. Now dry and the trusty spray booth...

Well thats it folks !!!! Painting finished, well Im all for not wasting and certainly hope that I dont find anything that I haven’t painted as Ive only got a jam pot of paint left over from 5lts just enough for the odd stone chip touch up 😂

New rear tailgate etched ready for primer along with some new heavy duty steel front wings. Have to admit they are so much stronger that ali ones, not that much heavier and shouldn’t cause any galvonic affect or corrosion to the bulkhead.

Whooooohoooo! Galvanized bits are back and looking bloody amazing! Apparently theres an extra levy on the standard galvanising service its called the silver service 😂 , or in this case a tip !
