hi,i've got a 1998 freelander i am trying to locate the pollen filter everyone keeps saying its in the passenger side footwell i have undone the black box in the footwell inside there was a white box with holes all over it but no sign of a pollen filter any ideas please thanks

thanks for info about footwell being damp the carpet is a little damp can i rule out the pollen filter and should i look into getting a new heater matrix many thanks for reply chap:)

i got a freelander 10 years old runs great but windows steam up internally on most journeys my mate suggested a new pollen filter,i have had all the window seals checked any ideas many thanks
