fuel pump makes noise until it is primed then it stops. Has anyone got nanocom in the Cambridge area????

fitted new external filter & checked fuel pump actually pumping fuel when ignition on and it is? Any more ideas as we really need to get this running ASAP. Thanx for all the info but in need of any more ideas.

How can I test the pump and check the injector seals? Thanks

I am in desperate need of advice... Our 2000 TD5 will not fire up. When the ignition is turned on the fuel pump makes a hell of a noise and when you turn it over it shows no sign of wanting to fire up? If anyone has any ideas I would really appresiate the help!?!? Thanks

I am looking at getting a TD5 (around x reg) in the next few weeks and would like to know if there is anything to look out foir ie. common faults/issues etc. Any info that would help avoid a possible lemon would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance.
