Snow foaming my D1 today

I struggled with mine to find the paint code I even had the paint scanned but their database didn’t go back far enough, in the end I kept ordering touch ups from eBay until I found the one that matched, took three attempts 😂

I replaced all the suspension bushes on mine with rubber oem and the overall refinement was absolutely transformed, it’s on standard springs and dampers.

Does anyone know what is happening with the Disco3 forum it seems to be down and has been for a few weeks.

Looking at mine, even if water gets in there it shouldn’t leak in to the car, some water will always end up down there when it rains as well

Have you had the plastic plenum covers off underneath the wipers and checked the plenum and the seal around the heater intake.

Finished the joying head unit installation on my D1 and managed to get the dash buttons working with it 😁

V8 manual was a jap import auto but I manual swapped it last year, my daily driver but I don’t go far as I’m retired

I have visited and collected stuff from them a few times, they are very friendly and helpful. I think they close at about 2pm every day though.
