Yes they were but then we put a new fan control unit on and now they don't. HELP its driving me mad!!!

Pressure cap is fine no leaks whatsoever expansion tank solid. It does have AC.

I drive it ( his wife) and when stuck in traffic engine gets really hot and water can begin to bubble yet engine fan never kicks in to cool engine.

Clutch now sorted seems it was a faulty new clutch and a bearing had shatter. Now just needs the fan sorting out!

I have just left my car running and notice the fan is not kicking in. Thermostat shows mid range but engine area is sweltering I wonder if this is causing the problem as maybe expanding metal in gear box??????

Jad a new clutch,slave cylinder and pressure plate and oil change too

Clutch goes down fine but I have to keep pushing the gear stick really hard and eventually it will go in. No crunching at all just doesn't want to go into 1st or 2nd. Other gears are fine although it sometimes refuses to go into reverse but only if I've been sitting in traffic and car is hot!!
