I had this in my 110. It was a split in the boost diaphragm in the injector pump.

Pick and Shovel…..£50.

Used them a lot. Never had a problem.

Thx for all of this. I took the injectors out and two were ok, one leaked and was popping at 1500 instead of 2000 and the other was leaking at 1200. I stripped them down and re seated the needles with some Brasso, adjusted the pop offs to 2000 and the MOT man records no smoke in his test this...

Done the thrash down the road for 30 mins to no avail. Is it possible to adjust the fueling and if so where is the adjustment.

No doesn’t smoke.

Just had my 19J fail its MOT on emissions. Should be maximum 3 and is currently 4.3. It has a new diesel and air filter. The mot guy says to find out how to adjust the fuel and bring it back and he will alter it. I also had the injectors cleaned and set up. So, where is the fuel adjustment...

It is the bit that bolts on the rear cross member that the slider fits on.
