I have new cables (1) earth from battery to chassis 2) from battery to solenoid 3) from solenoid to starter. Old solenoid though, but given my test with tractor battery bypassed all this (as i used jump leads direct), i am thinking the starter...

Stain down bulkhead, where exactly? To bleed clutch I fill reservoir, open bleed nipple and then give a couple of short [half distance] pumps on the pedal. After that wait until fluid runs from slave free of bubbles keeping the ress topped up.

If you are using original battery cables that can be a reason for the slow turning. I replaced the positive cable on my 2a, the first 6 inches from the batt terminal had corroded to blackness.

So convert it into what is a more practical vehicle for you! I am in the process of rebuilding a station wagon body to put on my 110 hardtop now I have a family as side facing seats in the rear tub do not mix well with baby car seats! Depending...

With pressure from putting the clutch in it is likely the force used to release the clutch plate expands the slave seal enough so it no longer dribbles. When clutch released the seal relaxes again and dribble restarts. Get some new seals for the...

If the slave is dripping fluid? Then it's the slave that has the issue. you is.

Your idea sounds much like the system on a Citroen 2cv ,[ Chicken chasers we used to call them] a flap in the ducks over the heads could be opened to send hot air into the cabin.

I do not believe even with your experiment for observations of having a slack alternator belt. Normal running no issue, alternator spins freely with no belt slipping. turn on all additional lighting (at the time 10x 100watt halogens) and the belt...

@Obi_110 , there's a fellow in Scotland who sells new galvanised heater boxes with internal flaps on eBay. They're very good and not expensive. I bought one of these, T-washed, primed and underhood black painted. It's better than and LR/Sh!tpart...

Could be the hand brake sticking on some. Symptoms are as you drive the drum warms up causing some feel of drag. Then when the clutch goes in you get the vibration and rattle. To check take for drive, stop after some vibration and leave hand...

So... where is the fluid going ? In a lot of cases it leaks from the slave, into the bell housing and out of the drain hole at the bottom. It doesn't drip out, it just makes the area around the hole look damp all the time. The slave is on the...

I get a bit bord with asking this question but. What engine? What year? I know you say below a 73 but you may have more than one truck. At a guess could it be the oil feed pipe to the rear of the block that carries oil up to the rocker gear?:)
