Morning guys, So I didn't get off on a good foot with my freelander 1 (2005), needed x3 new injectors, and clutch went in a very short ownership window. After lots of dealer faff traded it in for an Xtrail (2004) which for the last 2.5 years has been pretty reliable and only had a bonnet hinge...

i've not had my freelander long but already looking to get an xtrail. I do like the clunkyness and quirks the freelander has but its had so much go wrong with it in a short space of time, my wallet is saying SELL SELL SELL :eek:

Thanks for suggestions :) *update garage has replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. They took it for a run on motorway and its a lot more powerful and no light so far. But they still reckon its not as it should be

Test drove fine, 80k miles, full service history, very clean inside, out and underneath. 2nd time on the motorway overtaking @ 75mph the left hand yellow engine warning light flashed (the one without the ! mark) , flashed again, then stayed on, took my foot off the gas and it went out around...
