All done and working correctly now. I made terrible mistake and assambled the flaxplate wrong. Not the flexplate itself but I have missplaced thick and thin washers on the flex plate. That coused the damage of the pump. Thank you all for help. Cheers

I have took it all apart and cleaned everything. But why do I have so large gap between flex plate and convertor? Tomorrow I will check

I have dissasmbled the transmission, cleaned everything so it is good to go. These worn piece of pump is worn 2.5mm, I think it is no big deal. But question remains. Why do I have so big gap between flex plate and convertor?

After the inspection, conclusion is I have wrongly assembled flywheel. Distance between flywheel and convertor was great. I have to recheck flywheel assembly. Can I shimm the flex plate if necessary? But then again, why should it be necessary?

But torque convertor was left on gearbox. I haven't removed it. Also after first start I was driving car around the garage. So it was working, but maybe you are wright
