Hi guys,
I've got a 94 D1 300TDI, recently fitted some 35-12.5-R16 Maxxis Creepy Crawlers to the truck and noticed after a few off road days the standard disco axles just aren't coping.
Given the truck only gets used for off road days I think now may be a good time to look at axle upgrade...

Hi mate,
Those tyres look great. However from a quick search online I can't seem to find a UK supplier, do you know of any?

Hi guys,
I've got a 94 D1 300TDI, currently I've got 33" Maxxis Buckshot Mudders, despite being MT tyres they don't seem to like mud very well, at all!. I'm thinking it's time to treat the old girl to a new pair of shoes, I've been looking around and the Maxxis Trepadors or Mudzilla's seem a...

Hi Guys,
Thanks for that!
Does anyone know what off set rims I should be running? Will I need spacers? Currently I've got a 3" suspension lift and the 33"s fit under nicely, a tiny bit of rubbing at full lock.
Is there any recommendations anyone could give me :)
Many thanks

Hi James,
Thanks for your reply. I found this on Ashcrofts website. I'm assuming I would need two of these - one for front diff one for rear

Is there anything else I'd need gearing wise?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a bit of advice if youd be so kind :)
I have a 94 D1 300 TDI, Currently on 33" Maxxis Buckshot Mudders. I want to change these to Maxxis Trepadors (35 12.5 16). I believe the car is on standard gearing (struggling as it is with the 33's) so I know I'll need to make...

Hi guys,
The car has come back from the garage and I've now had it back about 3 weeks! The issue was a stone in the fuel tank, blocked sedimiser tank and blocked fuel lines.

Hi guys, I should hear from the garage tomorrow - There finishing off the cambelt tomorrow morning, the pump has been fitted. I've read a few different stories about the immobiliser on the 1994 Disco 1 and failures. Just after the rev limiter issue and lack of power, the stop solenoid stopped...

@Marmaduke Their hourly rate is £55 plus vat. Not sure if that's considered good for a LR specialist?

Hi guys, I've rang the garage today and told them to scrap the idea about checking the fuel lines at this stage. I managed to pick a recon Injection pump up from a mate for £260 so that's going on Monday/Tuesday and we'll see what that does. Seems really weird that as soon as the IP was touched...

So far the garage have replaced the lift pump, then the found an air leak in a pipe which they replaced - This didn't resolve the issue. Now they want to check all the fuel lines and sedimenter. 5-10 hours seems a ridiculous amount of time! The garage is called APB Trading Limited, based locally...

Hi guys, the garage where its at are checking all the fuel lines for any blockages. How long should this take? they are saying it could take 5-10 hours!! Weird and maybe unrelated, issue, in the back of my mind I've got that the stop solinoid could intermittently be playing up which I guess could...

Hi guys, the lift pump was fitted today (Delphi) - seems to idle a little better, but the power issue remains. The fuel filter was changed a week ago for a bosche one. Any ideas??

Ok cheers dude, I'll order and fit that and see how we get on from there! :)

Ah ok I'll give that a try! Do you think it could be the injection pump that's failed rather than the lift pump?
