Hi all, have relented & emailed the relevant councils. Will update when have a response. Done the same RE Standon — we all know it’s legal but the home owner is a massive anti so will be useful to have formal response on hand.

It’s a UCR so road rather than byway — but agree it’s out of date (and some of the star ratings are far off)

    Hertfordshire Lanes?????

Just to say she’s still like this — claiming it’s closed, threatening to call the police etc.

    Brake troubleshooting

Hello all, Trying to chase down some braking issues ahead of the MOT. When desires the pedal, I get a slight initial braking force (no pedal resistance) that dissipates, with the pedal going to the floor. If I push hard once it is on the floor it will brake properly, but with little...

Unfortunately Suffolk doesn’t have one. TW2/FindMyStreet don’t show it, as it’s a UCR it isn’t on the DM, but OS maps show it as a yellow road

Hi all, Sorry for reviving the thread. Me and some mates are going to Essex tomorrow from Norfolk — has anyone done the UCR section off the Ford at Wagger Farm, and has anyone tried doing the Layham Ford? Thanks

    Hazard/Trailer light

Hi all, On my 1988 110, the hazard switch when on illuminates the trailer light, but the hazards don’t work. Indicators work fine, but require the hazards to be ‘on’ (e.g. trailer light on) MOT in May — any suggestions as to where to look? Thanks!

Hello all, Currently on holiday in Beulah (wales) and my wiper switch has packed up on my 1988 110. Trying to find a part, but if all else fails, is there a way to ‘hotwire’ the switch? Many thanks in advance

Freelander 1 Castle Acre Ford, Norfolk

To continue my habit of reviving old threads - first attempted this in my 110 on 285/75/16’s, standard height, and HD springs a few months ago on a solo night run (on route down to wales). That, and the 2 fords to the NE of the TRO’d west acre lane, got to the top of the headlights even when...
