Help required for a bolt size/part number please

Hi, I have fitted a 110 side frame to my 69 Station Wagon. There are a few differences and one is that the fastening to the cross piece that forms the back of the seat box are threaded holes in the B post. Could anyone tell me the size or part number of the 4 bolts needed (see pic)? Thanks...

Series 2 Engine breather on the Weslake head - how?

Hi, I'm restoring a 109SW 2a with a 3 litre P5 6 cyl fitted. The rocker cover has the rocker cover breather at the bulkhead end. If you look past the old wiring you will see that at the bulkhead end of the rocker cover is the hole covered by tape and an old rubber glove. This is for an engine...

    Series 3 Rx8 seats

I know not the same but I have smart roadster seats in my s1. Thin base and tall seat with integrated heat restraint. Bit of side bolstering too when the Landy is leaning.

Time to buy paint , which finish?

I went for satin with my s1. Painted by hand and happy with the finish.

    Head Gasket

I did mine twice earlier this year. Wasn't too hard apart from a stretched rocker shaft bolt snapping during the final torqueing up, hence doing it twice. The head was a swine to move on my own do do a Chris Tarrant and phone a friend. I had the head skimmed whilst off. Good luck. Toby

    Clicking Sarter Solinoid

I had this issue and a new earth strap cured it (after I had bought a new starter but fitted it anyway). Always try the cheaper this first before buying the expensive bits.

Noisy speedo head - do they need lube?

Hi, The S3 speedo in my LR is noisy. I have fitted a new cable and the needle doesnt shake or bounce but does make a noise (loud enough to hear over the engine and other noises!). Can it be lubricated to make more silent or is it a replacement needed? Cheers Toby

There is one but it was loose allowing the fit not to be flush.

What new parts have you fitted to yours?

Hi, I was talking the other day with someone about selling my 109 and they wanted to know more about the new parts I had fitted during the refurb. I started to rattle off a few things and the list never seemed to stop!! I wondered how long a list others would get to in getting their project...
