Yeah clicking noise seems to be coming from the bell housing. How much would it be to replace?

Defiantly two clicks when pedal comes up, one near the start and another near the end, with more of a creaking sound when pressing it down.:confused:

Not with it at moment, think its both but more when its running, what would the difference be? seems to come from somewhere behind the foot well. not very mechanical minded but im learning.... all be it slowly.

Hi, on my td 5 when I use my clutch there is a clicking noise that drives me nuts ( even when I blast out the music). The clutch seems to work fine I just want to get rid of the clicking. All is ok in the foot well so any other ideas? Cheers all!:D

Thanks for that. Where did you get the kit from and how much? Also I take it by that,you don't need to take the pedal all apart, is it a little as the long spring off then new one on? Wow aint I of little no-how! Got to start somewhere!!

what did you run on before? I use Tesco at moment (because we live in Tesco land), but keep hearing how crap the fuel is. Maybe I shouldn't be a tight arse and give it ago. Like how it never puts the price on the boards for it though! As for the 2 stroke, see what other people think before I am...

Hi All, I have a defender TD 5 90 12 years old....what in your opinion is the best fuel to put in, are the bigger brands better? also I have read its good to put a couple of ml of 2 stroke oil in with your fuel...myth or not?:confused: Cheers and save the Landie :D

I have taken the spring off and it feels a lot better:)...question is does it need to be there? I phoned my local Landie place and he had not heard of the modification and said 'if the spring was put on by landrover it should be left on' but didn't seen to know if it actually was a help or a...

Hi All, quick question, do you need the spring on the clutch pedal inside the cab? Its a td5 90. I have took it off because it keep catching and rubbing the body work above it, because of the angel its at. The clutch pedal as only dropped a mm or to.Hope that all makes sense. Thanks all:D
