    It fluctuates a lot... But very low... Starter is toast? Between 3 and 5 volts while the starter is turning

    My 1999 TD5 Does not start i cleaned the earth points underneith the drivers seat to the frame and the gearbox as well as the ecm earthpoint. The Ecm is now new and i fitted a new cranksensor. The fuel pressure (mesured in the regulator) is 3.9 bar and i am able to controll the injection jets...
