Thank you, I've got the VIN, I'm not 100% sure I understand you correctly. There are A's in position 2 and 5 in the chain, and an H before the line of six numbers Thanks a lot for your reply

Hi everyone, Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question. I just bought a 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 and it has an "eco" button on the dash. This lights up when I start the car, but then goes off, if I press it I get a message saying "eco stop/start fault". I'm confused for two reasons really...
