That's great thanks for the reply,think my torque wrench goes upto 110nm. Was thinking of upgrading to a bigger torque wrench maybe nows the time.

Had same problem on my wife's 110 for a few years,done everything all new calipers discs etc. In at irb for some work wife mentioned it to Ian,he did a smoke test on it,an d he found the servo had split either side of its mounting bracket showed me a video of smoke coming out in two places...

The kit irb has is designed for a defender,I've seen it in action very impressive.
