    had exactly the same problem on my td5 90 the handbrake wasnt releasing fully. Changed the handbrake cable problem solved

    If it’s driven for a while with it slack I think the arm wears and you will keep tightening it until the arm touches the bottom of the box. Mine did anyway

    That's great thanks for the reply,think my torque wrench goes upto 110nm. Was thinking of upgrading to a bigger torque wrench maybe nows the time.
