me too... battery as flat as a witch's boobs...resistor is on order in turn this has also shagged the climate control panel...looking at alternatives as the original units were prone to faults...

You ought to run the aircon all the time, it helps keep the electronics dry and reduces the risk of corroded connectors

don't suppose anyone would know if i can put a JFC500580LZL unit in direct replacement for a jfc000374puy (the climate unit in the car at the moment??? aircon tip noted!! (once i know its working fine)

just about to change out the climate control unit in the centre console (again) have ordered a new porcupine resistor (the spines are bigger than a hedgehog) in the hope this might stave the sudden battery drain issue and also stop the CC unit...
