It's ok lv....I think he has drove it wi diff lock on but he's saying he hasn't cause he doesn't want to admit he's broken summat on it....I don't drive it it's like a tank to me but I like helping mend it plus I want it out of garden so I can have a BBQ this summer lol

Thanks just done that wi diff lock and it'll move but won't move in 2 wheel drive.

Ok so got it started up and working but it's not moving now....put it in to gear and lifting clutch but nothing....it doesn't even stall??

Thanks lv ya a star just checked and earth wire connection on to battery was snapped...been to halfords and changed it and hay presto we now have power :-)

My partners defender is not working at all...about 2 months ago he moved it to the garden is was working but had to be jump started to move it but now it's not starting has no lights on dash or anything....it's got a new battery and before it was moved it had a new clutch fitted don't know what...
