The EPB switch has been mentioned as often being faulty when talking of EPB problems. I've removed mine and checked it for continuity but I'm not sure what it should be. The attached photo shows the results when viewing switch from the rear. Does anybody know if this is correct?

I only powered it direct to the motor terminals to ensure the newly fitted gear cogs function as they should. They did. I also did the same when the unit was in the vehicle and brakes assembled. Again attaching a battery direct to motor and it operated the engage and release with no problem.
