Jackpot. Screw extractor arrived, followed the instructions, out came the little bleeder. Marvellous bit of kit. It's called 'grabit', and it works a treat. Thanks again for all the advice & the excellent forum - couldn't have done it without. All that is left now is re-filling and...

Thanks. Do you (or anyone else) have any experience of screw extractors? I'm guessing it's probably worth a try before I destroy the threads by drilling!!!

Hi chaps, First of all, huge thanks for the informative photos and walk throughs on this site. BUT, I have a problem. I'm in the process of renewing my o rings. I've removed all the trim etc, and gained access to the screw holding the O ring connector, but it is completely rounded off. I can't...

:lol: I've had a similar problem with my windows. I've got a replacement switch pack - is it just a case of swapping them over? Cheers.

Mine was pulling to the left too. When i had my new tyres fitted, they aligned the wheels, but still no improvement. I went back to them with the toe-out figures quoted in RAVE, and having adjusted it, it's now fine. Just a thought - hope it helps......

Just got back from the tyre place (who fitted my new AT2's last week), told them the story, they checked the track & balance, and guess what, BOTH were out!::frusty: So, after they corrected it, I took her out for a spin, and the wobble has..... wait for it....... disappeared!!!:clap2...

Yesterday i had General Grabber AT2's 255/60/18 fitted on my p38 4.6 - went out for a long drive today, towing a heavy horsebox (with a horse) , and i think they are bloody great! I had Wranglers on before, but i much prefer the Generals - you could do a lot worse!

Here's an update for anyone who cares! - had General Grabber AT2's put on today, balanced, adjusted the tracking (way out apparently), and the wobble has ALMOST gone, but it's still not quite right. New steering damper going on next week - will let you know what happens. Thanks again to the...
