Hi Have now solved the problem - here's how.... Turn ignition on to first point and turn on radio. Leave for 1 hour or so - the 'SECURITY' message then turns into the 'CODEIN' message. Thanks for your help. Andy

Hi. Thank you for that - I have been to my LR dealer and I have the code. However I cannot get the radio to give the 'CODE IN' display so that I can put the code in. Instead it just says 'SECURITY'. Do you know how to get rid of the SECURITY message and get the CODEIN message? Many Thanks Andy

I have a 96 Discovery with what looks like a RR3319 radio cassette player. I took the battery off the car and when I reconnected I do not get the 'CODE IN' meesage on the display as my manual says I should. Instead I get the word 'SECURITY' displayed. Can anyone help me get some music back into...
