i have looked at the fuses and their fine :( I will have a look at the pins on the socket tomorrow. I read some where Land Rover have to program the car for towing. However I assume its already been used for towing before I got it?

So I now have my 06 tdv6 replacing my 300tdi. Come to check my trailer lights and the only thing that worked was the passenger side light? Worked perfectly on the 300 any ideas please?

That's an interesting point, thanks. I will have chat with them and see. i have done a very quick add up using non standard pars and the EPB unit can be bought for around £355 to £420. Rear discs vary from £25 to £50 each and pads £30 to £60 and rear parking brake shoes about £55 and labour £45/hr.

OK, so my 300 tdi had to go so I bought a 2006 tdv6 . Ive had it 4 weeks and already I have the dreaded EPB screech and now not working. Any advivce please.
BUT
As the title asks has any one got a good word to say about them. I'm really not too happy at the moment as whilst google ing my problem...

Thanks for the advice, I will be trading it in against the TDV6. I wont t get much for her but I will be driving over 262 miles to pick the TDV6 up and leave the 300. I've already got a full tank of fuel that needs using so I recon i've got the equivalent of about £500 for her taking all things...

Updat: had the old girl on the ramps and the corrosion is terminal, far more than I first thought so its going to have to be a TDV6 to replace her...don't want to but I need this type of vehicle for our business. :(
