I have a 2002 Freelander TD4 The horn is completely dead. I have checked fuses - OK. The dashboard lights for Traction Control and Hill Decent luminate randomly when driving. (This could happen daily or not at all for a few weeks!) Any ideas if the two probs are related. Grateful...
